Lawyers Civil Process offers competitive pricing on all forms of process service, skip tracing, out of county service, courthouse filing and research. Our prices are in-line with the constable's office fees in the surrounding counties. Unlike the constable's office, we give your documents exclusive attention, move your case along substantially faster and meet any special requests for service you might have. Also, we have bilingual process servers that speak both English and Spanish.

From the moment we receive your request, we will serve your papers quickly and correctly. Rush service is available upon request. Incoming work orders are handled by our in-office staff of specially trained and knowledgeable employees who are fluent in rules and proper methods of process service. Additional papers served to the same person at the same time and location will be charged at $40.00 for every additional paper. Example: Cit, Not and Subpoena to the same person at the same time would be $155.00

Included in service fees: document pickup (Free in Dallas County), mileage, service attempts are not capped off, return preparation, notarization of return, copies, filing executed return at the courthouse, sales tax and postage for mailing back a file stamped copy. Many competitors charge extra for these services.

Filing fees will not be combined. You pay the base rate. Ex: You will not be charged individual fees to have an order signed and a notice set. Fees are based on a single trip/case basis. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure what are fees will be to file your documents.

When using us for process service, we prefer to file your documents as well to speed up the process and to avoid confusion at the courthouse. Having your documents from start to finish ensures the best quality service and can speed up your case effectively.

We do not charge extra to make copies and mailing back your file stamped documents unlike our competitors! When your filing work is completed, we always fax back file marked and conformed copies as soon as we get back from the courthouse. Original copies are mailed back or hand delivered upon request!
