Started serving process as a Dallas Deputy Constable.

31 years experience serving process in Texas.

Founded Lawyers Civil Process in 1979, Dallas, Texas.

Continues to serve process and continues to advance the Professional Process Server industry by helping propose new laws and regulations for the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

Founding member of the National Association of Process Servers and the Texas Process Server Association. Also helped form the first process server training seminar in Texas.  Kirk even instructed the seminar in the past.
 

Jackie French - Senior Vice President

Co-Founder of Lawyers Civil Process in 1979.

Oversees all company operations including, but not limited to, skip tracing, accounting, and process server management.

Maintains superior personal customer relations unlike many of our competitors.
 

Marc Cohen - Junior Vice President

After graduation from High School in 1992, started working while continuing education.

Obtained an associates degree in Business from the University of North Texas in 1996.

Has become an indispensable asset to Lawyers Civil Process as the Client Relations Representative.

In charge of status on all process and accounts receivable.
 

Melissa Wooley - Courthouse Operations

Expert in courthouse procedures and regulations, Dallas courthouse research, Dallas courthouse filing and walkthroughs.

Has over 13 years in the process server industry.

Manages and coordinates all courthouse filings across Texas.

Brandon Sachse - Office Manager

Oversees delegation duties for office personnel and coordinates courthouse work.

In-house Information Technology specialist.

Website designer and administrator.

Continuing education while working at Lawyers Civil Process to obtain a Bachelors degree in Pre-Law and will then go to law school at Texas Wesleyan University.
