Texas Process Servers Association: www.texasprocessservers.org
     This association was organized in 1990 as the North Texas Process Servers Association for the express purpose of creating a vehicle to enhance the business of the process service community in the D/FW metroplex. The first agenda was to bring to the courts attention the need for standing orders. After many hours of effort by the founding members, over a two year period, the Dallas courts granted such order. Since that time many other area courts have followed suit.

National Association of Private Process Servers: www.napps.org
     The National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) was founded in 1982 by a group of concerned business owners. This group met in Las Vegas in October of 1982 to form a nationwide organization to fight proposed federal legislation adverse to the process serving industry. Subsequently, in April 1983, NAPPS held its First Annual Conference in Denver, Colorado. At this conference officers were elected and various committees were formed

California Association of Private Process Servers: www.capps.org
     The California Association of Photocopiers & Process Servers (CAPPS) is an association comprised of over 350 individual members who provide legal support services to the legal industry. These services include process serving, photocopying, court filing, subpoena preparation, court record searches, skip tracing and private investigations.

NY Professional Process Servers Association: www.nysppsa.org
     The New York State Professional Process Servers Association is at the present time over 200 strong. It is a state wide association with its belief in professional and educational values. It is a Charted State of the National Association of Professional Process Servers. We accept out of state members and offer listings in our director and on our website. We offer group medical and educational benefits to all members in the continental United States as well.
