Lawyers Civil Process is a full service process server
firm offering service of process throughout Texas, other states and
even internationally. We offer courthouse services including
filing, case research and document retrieval, date coordination and
settings for hearings, and obtaining judge signatures on orders.
We can prepare and issue a subpoena on request.
We strive for our clients to have complete satisfaction
with our services. Certain clients have used us for over 20
years! Our staff is always ready to meet strict deadlines and
any required special arrangements.
We have a fully trained staff of personnel and process
servers. Lawyers Civil Process carries extensive professional
liability, errors and omissions insurance to cover all services
provided by us and our affiliates.
The corporation was founded in 1979 as the first
private process company in Dallas County, the second in the state of
Texas, by Kirk and Jackie French. Kirk is a founding member of
the National Association of Private Process Servers and the Texas
Process Servers Association. Kirk's experience as a Dallas
County Deputy Constable, training schools and seminars over the past
20 years has enabled him the knowledge to participate in forming the
only training seminar in Texas for private process service.
This ensures that our knowledge on new policies and methods of
obtaining service is up to date. We have process servers
covering all of Dallas, Denton, Collin, Travis, Tarrant, Harris,
Williamson, Rockwall, Jefferson, Kaufman, Blanco, Burnett, Llano,
Mason, San Saba, Hunt, Bastrop, Lee, Washington, and Burleson
Counties, just to name a few. We are able to make arrangements
for service of process to all other counties in Texas, other states
and even internationally.
